How It Works

So, you have a cause. You’re on GoFundMe or put up a website but you need more people to find your cause. We bring charities in and around Sacramento on one website.

No matter what your cause, you can publish your listing here. Follow these steps to get going with your cause.

  1. Register to create your account.
  2. Create your listing by clicking Post My Cause.
  3. Make a title for your listing (pick something snazzy).
  4. Add the address (this will be visible to everyone).
  5. Pick a category(s) (you can pick up to 3).
  6. Create a detailed description of your cause, what it’s for, why it was started, etc.
  7. Add some pics about your cause or a logo.
  8. Now, link your social links to your cause (this is important).
  9. Choose a few tags to describe your cause (don’t go crazy with this one)
  10. Click Next and review you cause.

You can edit it at any time and it’s always free.

Any fields left blank won’t appear in your listing. Don’t post personal information you don’t want others to see.

If you want to make your cause pop, choose one of the upgrades. Feature your cause so it appears in the homepage slider and the featured section. Feature your cause in your category(s) to push your cause to the top.

Every month we pick of Cause of the Month. This cause gets featured in the slider for the whole month and we put it our “Cause of the Month” section permanently.
